Shipping & returns
Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the shipping information and a link to track it through the delivery company. If this link doesn't work, don't worry. The delivery company takes a few hours to input the tracking information into their systems, so it may take up to 24 hours to be updated.
If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs this may entail or any increase in the indicated delivery time.
Shipping costs are €3.90 to Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherland, Poland, €5.90 to the rest of the world, unless special discounts are applied.
Delivery time includes the production period (usually between 2 and 5 business days) plus the shipping time depending on the destination.
These times are provided as estimates only and do not represent a firm guarantee. Delays may occur beyond our control (such as peak demand periods, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays).
Packaging
We use environmentally friendly packaging: our products are shipped in FSC-certified cardboard packaging, without plastic.
The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.
If you receive a defective product, please send us pictures where the defect is clearly shown to verify it through this form , and we will give you a solution.
If you receive your order incorrectly, please send us an image through this form where you can see everything you have received with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once the content has been verified.
If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, we need you to inform us through this form. You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to request the exchange. Shipping costs are shared; we cover the cost of sending the replacement, and you cover the return shipping. Once we receive your request via the form, we will send you a link to pay for the return shipping, which costs €3.90. We will send you the new sizes you indicate and collect the old ones, which can be picked up at the same delivery address or another one you provide.
Please note that we can change the size of your items or exchange them for another model, as long as the price is not higher than the price of the item you have since we cannot charge extra for it. If the exchange is for a lower-priced item, we will issue a refund of the difference.
You must access this form to process the return. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request the return of your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will arrange the collection of the package to be returned at your home or at the address you provide, properly prepared for return. The return shipping costs (€3.90) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
To prepare your package, it's enough to wrap it in a courier bag or a well-sealed, sturdy bag. The courier will place the label on the package. Once we receive it and check that it's in good condition, we will proceed to refund the price of the items, deducting the return shipping cost. This refund will be issued in the same form that you used for payment.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to us.
- Any item for which the return is requested past 30 days from the receipt.

Product, payment & contact
On the product page you can find the available sizes chart in the "Size Guide" selector, above the checkout button. By clicking on "Size Guide" you can see the exact dimensions of each size. Please check out the image at the end of this section.
Only the available sizes shown in the size selector are available. Unfortunately, there is no standardization in the dimensions of the sizes. That's why we can't give you an exact equivalence.
Step 1: Measure yourself
- Outline:Measure around the widest part, just below the sleeves, using the measuring tape horizontally.
- Measure tall:Measure a t-shirt from the side edge of the collar to the bottom edge of the garment, with the tape vertical.
Step 2: Find your size
Use this table to choose your size. If you hesitate between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for a looser fit.
The only payment methods accepted are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or bank transfer.
If you have any problem when finalizing the payment, you can try to access with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet,...) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla,...). In case of paying by card, make sure it accepts online purchases and if it is a wallet card that you have at least 1€ more than the amount of the order.
If you still get an error, send us an screenshot so we can check the actual bug you are experiencing so we can fix it.

The commercial sweepstakes and prizes distributed through our social networks are exempt from commercial value and therefore from warranty; if a defect is detected upon receipt, please notify contact form as soon as possible. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In order to make each of the Oriigiins clothes, several steps are necessary such as the textile selection & manipulation, the design and the printing. In each and every part we make sure that all the people involved have a decent salary and conditions. Handling, design and printing are done in Spain & Germany in your warehouse. The fabric of your clothes is made in Bangladesh. In this sense we are aware that they do not always offer decent wages and working conditions. For this reason we only work with suppliers who assure us and certify that they offer decent wages and working conditions.
